I would like to mail a cheque Josiah Venture Canada? Who should I make my cheque payable to?
Your cheque should be made payable to The Great Commission Foundation, and include a note stating the name of the project or partner.

You can give online through TGCF either as a one-time gift or monthly. Simply click on the ‘Designation” dropdown button to choose the person or project you want to give to.
Can I donate by Credit Card?
Yes, please select the project or missionary. Once you have made your selection simply enter the amount, click 'add donation' and choose whether it is monthly or a one-time gift on the following screen.

Do credit card donations have additional service fees associated with them?
There are merchant fees that are charged by the credit card and hosting companies. There are approximately 3% of fees charged on each credit card donation. For example, the net amount of a 100 CAD donation to Josiah Venture Canada is 87 CAD. A slight increase in your donation could offset the fee. The entire amount donated, that is, the amount before credit card fees, is tax-deductible. In the example above, you would receive a tax receipt in the amount of $100.
What is the most cost effective method to donate?
The most cost effective method of donation is by Pre-Authorized Debit. Simply click this link to download the form. *Please attach a VOID blank cheque to the form when sending it in.
The ministry to which I wish to donate is not showing on the list. How do I make a donation?
If the ministry is not on the list, please type in the ministry or fund name in the text field below the fund list. If we have any question about your intentions, we will contact you. The reason why you may not see a ministry listed is that some ministries may not be included for security reasons. Other, new ministries or funds may not yet be setup.
What type of security exists with regards to my credit card and donation data?
All information is submitted using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The SSL encryption is recognized as the security standard for online giving. Additional security exists to prevent unauthorized access to the Josiah Venture servers on which the information is stored.
Am I able to change a submitted donation? I have other questions about donating to Josiah Venture Canada, who do I contact?
