Josiah Venture staff serve as faith missionaries and are responsible to raise support from interested churches or individuals to meet their financial needs. Adding to the richness of the team, the staff come from a total of 16 countries and close to half are national staff who have been mobilized to reach their own people.

Andrii & Tanya Ivaniuk Andriii and Tanya Ivaniuk serve on the Josiah Venture team in Ukraine, Andrii on the EDGE sports team and Tanya mentoring girls. They both serve in their local church in Rivne.
