Barbora Benešová
Baška decided to follow and give her life to Jesus at a teenage church camp at the age of 13 in Slovakia. The Lord began to put on her heart the teenagers in her city, so she began ministering to teens and young adults. In 2020, she became the leader of the English camp in her local church in Košice.
Baška's first contact with Josiah Venture (JV) was through KPM’s annual youth leaders conference which is organized by Training Center Kompas (TCK)–JV’s local organization in Slovakia. She later had contact with JV through TCK’s School of Youth Leaders, where she was a graduate at first and then an intern. While she was waiting for what God had prepared for her, her desire was always to invest her energy into helping prepare youth leaders. In 2020, she was offered an opportunity to work on pointonline.sk for TCK–a portal where youth leaders can find resources, ideas, and materials for their ministry.
