Many years ago, while Mark and Amy were students at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, God began stirring in their hearts a desire to see the region of Central and Eastern Europe reached for Christ. After twenty years of full-time worship ministry in Colorado, God ignited this desire in their children’s hearts too, and he called their family to begin ministering with Josiah Venture. The Chase family moved to Slovakia in 2012. They serve with TCKompas, JV's partner organization in Slovakia. Through TCKompas, they have served with Fusion both locally and nationally and have also been part of leading Slovakia’s summer intern program. Currently, they lead the University Treehouse, enabling students to live in intentional discipleship communities during their university years. Through their local church in Bratislava, they help lead Bratislava Spieva Gospel, a relationship-building gospel choir, reaching people between the ages of 15-75. Additionally, they serve in a young adult ministry through their local church. Their four adult children and families live in Ireland, Albania, Chicago, and New Jersey.
