Iva Boszczykova
Iva grew up in a small industrial town near the Polish border in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. She was led to faith by her mother and decided to give her life to God as a little girl at a Christian children's camp. During her college years, when she also had to deconstruct her faith to process what it means to be a believer, God gave her a heart for youth ministry and people from different cultural backgrounds.
After completing the summer internship in 2019 and six-month internship with the Czech camp team in 2022, Iva became part of the S-Team—Josiah Venture's ministry specialty team—in January 2023. She now serves as the S-Team Administrator. She is also part of the youth group ministry team in her local church. She believes that there is nothing as transforming as God's love and grace.
