Julia Budd
Julia first served with Josiah Venture as an intern in 2013 in the Czech Republic. That summer, she saw how camps could be a powerful tool for discipleship as young people encountered Jesus for the first time, and young leaders grew as disciple-makers in their local churches. That summer internship, a semester in Lithuania, and short-term trips to Poland and the Czech Republic confirmed her desire to be a part of making disciples in Central and Eastern Europe.
In 2021 Julia moved to the Czech Republic to serve with the International Team coordinating summer ministries, including on-the-ground training for summer interns. After three and a half years of living in Europe, Julia relocated to Colorado to pursue seminary and focus specifically on mobilizing interns to serve in Central and Eastern Europe.
