Indrek-Eliel Tambek

Indrek-Eliel Tambek began his journey with Koma, Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Estonia, in 2011 through their leadership training program. Around the same time, he started serving in Josiah Venture’s football (soccer) ministry. This ultimately led him to join Koma and Josiah Venture as staff in 2014. He currently resides in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia, where he serves in the Church of Tallinna Kogukonnad.

Today, Indrek leads Josiah Venture’ Edge sports ministry in Estonia, equipping churches to use sports like soccer, disc golf, and fitnesst as tools to make disciples. His passion lies in seeing young people come to Christ and grow as leaders who can make a lasting impact. With over 90% of Estonia’s population not abiding in Christ, Indrek’s heart is to empower the next generation to bring transformation and hope to their communities.
